How do I unlock my iphone g3 when an incoming call is coming in without answering the call? I want to decline the call but unlock my phone at the same time. Currently if I unlock the phone when a call is coming in, it automatically answers the call

There's no way to do what you describe. What you can do is decline the call by pressing the top button twice. Press it once and the ring is silenced. Press it twice and the call is declined and redirected to your voicemail.
