I did everything exactly right and everything goes fine. but at the end, when it has to reboot, my iphone goes into recovery mode.
then i have to restore it… and i don’t have any of the programs on it.

You guys, i did in fact use a new macbook, the ones that were released in late october. if you want me to post a picture i will. I did however have my iphone’s dock plugged into a usb hub on my monitor so that might be why it worked for me. But it does work with the new macbooks

on the NEW mac’s …
on the NEW mac’s itunes doesn’t see the iphone when it is in DFU mode first or second gen phone it DOESNT work. just for the of it I just tried it just to prove myself rite and yup it doesnt work. the phone will stay in DFU mode and the program will not send the infomation to the phone to start the jailbreak. Thats why it took so long to write back i just had to make sure.but if u are using the new macs what r u doin that i’m not ??
