HAPPY BLACKBERRY STORM DAY!
DESCRIPTION:
Griffin OF COURSE talks about the Blackberry Storm release! He then talks about Yahoo selling Kelkoo and takes a big hit. Griffin then talks about bras for boys, that’s right! He then talks about the iPhone Update 2.2 Apple just released that helps with all sorts of iPhone issues. Griffin ends the show talking about Advertising being up and the three big Ad players: AOL, Yahoo, and Google.

But besides that, the phone had great potential in my opinion. I do have to say it is my first Blackberry and I cannot compare it to other BB from experience. Another annoying thing about it is that it takes about 5 minutes to reboot and I think that’s embarrassing. But I do like the phone. If only an upgrade would fix those bugs soon it would be a great phone!

Well I’m back with …
Well I’m back with some news on the Storm.
I waited a week to get a better feeling for the phone and it is amazing, yet buggy. It crashed on me a couple of times the day I got it and several other times throughout the week. Once I was recording a video and when i clicked the stop button it crashed on me and had to reboot. I did lose the video. I would feel better to know that the phone would be more reliable esp when I’m counting on it.

This phone rocks! Much better than I thought with the OS update it simply is much better. Also make sure to get Rhapsody if you really like music, free downloads, full song review before purchase. This is the real deal, much better than iPhone anyday.

Well, that was …
Well, that was during the downswing of the day. I was seeing all these TEXT reviews and all they did was talk about the negatives. Then I went to YouTube and saw some people I subscribe to and some big phone reviewers, and they were all positive. One of them said he would take the Storm over the iPhone.

I actually chatted with several iPhone users that have upgraded and they have said the update has rocked their socks in the sense it’s helped a lot of weird crap that used to go on like apps closing randomly, reception, call drops, etc etc. So it might be worth it.

I don’t know if you really wish you had a bb because it’s a big commitment into being connected to everything all the time. Sometimes I’m like do I really want this digital leash and then I check youtube or twitter and am like YES OF COURSE I DO. but still blackberry addiction is scary.

I plan on swinging …
I plan on swinging by today to try it out to make sure I really do want it. If I can get them to change my update day, and they happen to have one left, I will get it. I doubt that will happen. My best bet is Monday, I hope they have them in stock. I just hope SurePress works well. I am afraid from some of the reviews saying that it doesnt click up fast enough.
