in order to update it my computer said to uninstall and reinstall itunes so that is what i did. not it says i don’t have the software needed to syn my iphone. saysi need to reinstall it (which I have done severatimes now) and nothing is working. any help will do!!
1: if you apdate itunes to 7.7 for 2.0 firmware, try to put your iPhone on recovery mode:hold off and home at the same time until the iPhone turn off and then just keep holding the home section. It will make your iphone apear on itunes and ready to apgrade. 2: is step one do not work downgrade itunes to 7.5 and remember to erease a folder on my music/iTunes, that say library becouse when you downgrade itunes a error ocurre but delete library and it get fix. Restore your iPod and apgrade itunes again and it should work nice. Hope it help you .
