look if u have a wirless router you can connect your iphone to it and use the apllication (installer) on your iphone there is a whole section about games that you can download them and its completely free you can also find programs

it depends on your phone and what you have for service. you cant do that with verizon phones unless they are hacked.

You will have to Jailbreak your iPhone, in order to install an application called "Installer" that allows you to browse and download games, and customize your iPhone in so many ways. Notice that, Jailbreaking will absolutely void your warranty as apple is not responsible for modifyed products in any way
If you choose to carry on… you can jailbreak your iPhone within few steps and clicks:
1- Upgrade your iPhone to the latest firmware version (1.1.4) using iTunes
2- Download Ziphone (www.ziphone.org)
3- Follown on screen instructions (choose jailbreak my iPhone)
And there you go you have a Jailbreaked / Unlocked / Installer Application Installed iPhone. Now open the Installer application and browse for games to download !
