Time depends on which torrent you download.
When searching for a torrent, find one with a high number of peers or “seeders”.
As for your traffic getting slowed or stopped by your ISP, there’s not much you can do.
And if you use your iphone or itouch on your wifi, it’s just gonna look like another computer downloading. It may be harder for them to recognize it, but they’ll see the patterns.
I recommend you just try it with a popular torrent and watch for sluggish performance.

hey man that is great but how do I reduce the seed hours and I had a problem with cox they keep noticing my torrent downloads and cutting my servies so that is why I am trying to do my downloads on the iphone I hope this works
