Then they said they would send a new phone and let me cancel if I still had problems. Well, I got the new phone, still had exactly the same problems, and they claimed it must be my fault since their map showed that I was in their service area. I had HUNDREDS of missed calls. The entire experience was complete BS, and I will never use Verizon again.

I ordered a phone …
I ordered a phone through them through my employer, and they sent it to the wrong address. I didn’t get it until 16 days after I ordered it. Once I got it, I realized that I could not talk on the phone inside my apartment building…and almost nowhere in my complex. I called to cancel and they said I couldn’t bc I was past the 14 day testing period. I wasn’t even given a chance to use it!
