As far as I know – you can add any app to your Iphone via Itunes and it will sync it and upload.
I suggest going to apple web site and downloading from them. There's a lot of stuff…

I heard that if you jailbreak your iphone you can’t use itunes to put music on ur iphone. they said that itunes can detect is is jailbroken and brick it? is this corrct?
Why would you jailbreak it anyways? The App store has almost everything you need, and they’ll be coming out with backgrounds for your home screen, and probably a flash player soon.
i have an iphone 3g. and it crashs everytime i try to open cydia. I dont wanna restore and lose all my info. What i was thinking was to jailbreak my iphone again but idk what will happen if it will just force another restore. What should i do?

Just sync it, as this will back it up.
Then restore it, and set it up using the backup (You'll see the option to restore the backup after the restoration is over).
Then, once it's restored, and you've set it up with the backup, be sure to update it to the newest software.
THEN, after all that, and only AFTER you do that, Jailbreak it.
Preferebly with ZiPhone's jailbreaking app. Very easy and dependable.

You can jailbreak it a bazillion times, so long as you restore it before each time.
i was wondering when you jailbreak your iPhone, does the phone calling part still work and does At&t find out and cut off your service? Why does it say your phone activated when you do the process and does this do any damage? How many times can you jailbreak your iphone? and what issues should i know about jailbreak it?
Don't jailbreak your iPhone. This opens up the programing which while it may have it's bonus, will also open the files up to corruption and major issues.
The worst thing about jailbreaking your iPhone is that it voids your warranty. Even if you restore the factory settings, they will know that it was done if you send it in for repair and will void your warranty leaving you to pay the bills for repair.
Unlocking the phone voids the warranty as well.

Yes I totaly agree you need QuickPwn on the web. It is the easiest way to Jailbreak. It does void warranty for jailbreaking.
iPhone jailbroken, Apple will always know. You can restore to factory settings using iTunes and all the jailbreak apps will go away, but they will still know
So i would prefer you do it after you are done with your warranty period
I know if you jailbreak (not fully unlock to different carriers) then you void the warranty. Let's say I jailbreak my iPhone and it has problems or breaks or something. I restore my iPhone. Can I take it into Apple and have them help me like they would a normal non-jailbreak question? In other terms, will my phone have a record or something that tells whether or not it's been jail-broken? Please only answer if you really know, and please don't ask me to talk to apple.
You Can Take it to apple if it breaks, provided you have restored to original software (ie not jailbroken).
beware though, apple will get suspicious if there is no data (ie phone numbers, music etc) on the iphone so its worthwhile putting your data back on first.
i got an iphone and i heard of this jailbreaking thing people are doing, I'm not exactly sure what it means yet, something to do with being able to install apps that apple don't approve… anyways, sounds good, I've heard the best apps aren't offered at the app store too, i wanna get in on this but there has gotta be some risks with jailbreakin, anyone know how to safely so it or what can go wrong?
Look – I've done it and it's great
You're right, it gives you tons of great apps which are amazing and you can add themes to the springboard (home screen)
It's not illegal wither if you're worrying – the truth is you gave Apple $400 and now it's yours – lol. They can't stop you!
Sadly though it is true it breaks your warranty – however you can always delete any traces of a jailbreak in a restore of the phone – so apple would never know when you give it in to be serviced!
Overall I recommend it – and even if you mess up the jailbreaking steps of it – you can always restore it in iTunes and start again (that would be impossible to mess up though – it is INCREDIB|LY easy!)

I just bought a new 3g Iphone and I wanted to know if i should jailbreak it and risk the warranty. I also wanted to know which are the best applications for the jail broken iphone which are not available with App store. Thanks in advance.
If I were you I would jailbreak it. While it does void your warranty, and can brick your phone if you don’t know what your doing, I still say its worth it. If you do jailbreak it I recommend you go to installerapps, it’s a web site that reviews apps for jailbroken iPhones. I’ll put some links below. As for my favorite jailbroken apps, I like SMB Prefs a lot, as well as Stacks, both of which are available in Cydia. Of course the essential app is Winterboard, that’s the reason most people jailbreak their iPhones in the first place.
